Player / club commitment In consideration of participating in the nominated FNSW competition, the player (and parent/guardian where applicable) and Western City Rangers FC undertake:
To comply with all obligations and requirements of the FA National Registration Regulations and directives communicated through the Football NSW registration process for the upcoming season; To commit to registration for the club in the league noted above; To complete the on-line registration process for the club once accessible for the upcoming season; To abide by the terms and conditions of the FA Professional Player Contract should the player be signed as a professional player; That the club confirms the player's position within the team as if the registration had been entered into the FA/FNSW registration system at the time of signing this agreement; That the player is not currently registered or under contract with another club, and commits to Western City Rangers FC in lieu of the FA/FNSW on-line registration system at the time of signing; That all information provided within this MOU is true and correct; and That the player regularly attends sessions and games, abides by coach and club requirements, and that player and parental behaviour is in line with the club's Code of Conduct (available on the club website). Refund policy a. If a player leaves the club at any time for any reason, there is no refund.
b. If the club requests a player to leave due to conflict with club standards or the Code of Conduct (point 8 above), no refund will be given.
Deposits: the initial deposit validates the MOU and sign-on position and is non-refundable .
Payments: full and final payment is due by 1 February 2027 . Late payments attract a $100 admin fee.
I have read and agree to the Player/Club Commitment, the fee schedule, and the refund policy. I understand the initial deposit is non-refundable. If the player is under 18, I confirm I am their parent/guardian and agree on their behalf.
